Engine starts easily and runs great. Engine does not make unusual noise or smoke under load. Carburetor is included - has good throttle response and good power under load. Stator charges properly and voltage regulator works as it should. Starter is included and works as it should. Muffler is not included as pictured. PTO shaft measures 1" in diameter and approximately 3 and 1/8" in length. Ready to bolt on and work!
