Excellent Running Well Maintained Kohler Command 12.5 hp Vertical Shaft Engine

I have owned it since new, it has always been very well maintained and I have never had an issue with this engine, it has always been easy to start and runs great. I now have a much smaller lot to maintain and no longer need or want a riding mower.

The engine has always had regular maintenance and oil & filter changes and I have never had to add any oil between changes. As mentioned previously this was in a John Deere but it has the standard four mount bolt pattern and will fit many makes, models and types of equipment using a vertical shaft engine.

If you are able, you can stop by and witness the engine in operation before purchasing. This particular engine has the fuel cutoff solenoid in the carburetor. It has an alternator built in and the output to keep the battery charged is excellent. I would consider this engine to be "plug and play", just add oil...
