Manifold is high strength forged brass for long term use. Plungers are extra thick solid ceramic titanium for extended seal and pump life. Crankcase is oversized die cast aluminum with special cooling fins for extended pump life in continuous duty applications. Bearings are roller bearing that provide extended pump life. Valves, seats, and springs are stainless steel with specially designed Ultraform cages to provide long life and positive seating.

Seals and V-packings are continously lubricating for extended life. Plunger rods are high strength stainless steel. Connecting Rods are oversized one piece special alloy.

Direct Drive with Gas Flange. Maximum Volume: 3.0 GPM. Maximum Discharge Pressure: 2200 PSI.

Maximum Pump Speed: 3400 RPM. Minimum Horsepower Requirements: 4.5 bhp. Shaft Diameter: 3/4 ID Gas Flange. Change oil after a 50 hour break-in period, and in 500 hour intervals thereafter.
