Antique Vintage MECO Wisconsin Cast Iron Horizontal Shaft Engine. Fires On Spray

I believe this is a Wisconsin model ACN engine, but it is badged as a MECO 1276 engine, which makes it more interesting. This has a Power Products diaphragm carburetor and a Fairbanks Morse magneto. I cleaned the breaker points in the magneto and got spark. The engine has compression and I did have it running by bottle feeding gas into the throat of the carburetor.

The aluminum base plate has a chip out of it as shown in the photos but doesn't affect it.
